Apple Binge

Am going to say that I ‘cheated’ on my Whole30 yesterday as I ate a grand total of FIVE apples - I just couldn’t get enough! It could be worse but I definitely felt my blood sugar spiking and I’m feeling a bit of the bloat today. Today’s meal plan:

Breakfast - 2 Hardboiled Eggs
Snack - Strawberries & Almonds
Lunch - Chicken Breast with Sweet Potato & Broccoli
Snack - Carrots & Guacamole
Dinner - Salmon on a bed of Arugula

Lets get this baby back on track!
